We had a flood a couple of years ago and McCormick Electrical Services came out and totally redid the wiring for our electrical systems. They moved everything up higher in the basement to ensure that if we flooded again, it hopefully wouldn't reach the electrical boxes. For that reason and their ability to get us scheduled quickly, we had them back out due to the garage lights not coming on. As before they were polite, quick to solve the problem and what really impressed me was that they remembered us from the previous visit even though it had been a couple of years. They faxed an appointment reminder the day before and a dispatch notice that morning with a photo of the electrician with his qualifications and an ETA so before he even showed up I was very impressed. The home inspection we needed was quite a challenge as there were several safety issues with the 70 year old house that needed to be tracked down, isolated and repaired before the house was safe enough to buy / inhabit.
